[tex-live] bug report: dvisvgm cannot use TL

Hi all,

thank you for all the information. I already expected kpathsea to be the true 
reason. The dvisvgm code is correct in this aspect.
My original intention was to ask you to make live easier for TL users, what 
are you going to do (thank you Karl).
That is all I ever expected because the kpathsea used building TL obviously 
handles the texfonts.map right.

So thanks again and treat this topic as solved.
