[tex-live] hyperref/oberdiek out of sync

Hello,

I had forgotten to upload my bundle yesterday. Unhappily
hyperref relies on it, thus currently there is an error
message. Workaround:

\makeatletter
\RequirePackage{ltxcmds}[2010/01/28]
\@ifpackagelater{ltxcmds}{2010/03/09}{}{%
  \def\ltx at pkgextension{sty}%
}
\makeatother

The updated bundle is already uploaded to the TUG server,
thus the problem will vanish soon.
