Well, if you don't want to mix updates (tlmgr update --all) with the
reinstallation thing, then
	tlmgr update ----list | grep 'is newer than' | awk '{sub(/:/,"");print $1;}' | xargs tlmgr install --reinstall
will do it (if you are the user who has write permissions, otherwise add
sudo at the end ;-)
