[tex-live] pool problems with xe(la)tex on win32?

I checked that xetex.ch, xetex-latex3.ch and xetex-hz.ch
in my sourcces are the same as those in the repository.
However I didn't check that the formats can be shared
between other platforms. If they cannot be shared, it must
be my fault which I cannot fix, sorry.
