[tex-live] Tex-live unable to install in Solaris 10 x386

Dear TeX Live support,

I am trying to install a full texlive distribution
in a Sun Ultra 20 (i386) w/ Solaris 10. Everything
went fine to the point where the pgf package was
being installed when the following error appeared:

I tried to re-start the installation with:

  install-tl --profile installation.profile

but then the whole thing started again from scratch, meaning that
I lost more than 1 hour of time. I wonder if this error had been
reported and how to tell texlive to not download/install the
packages already installed.
