[tex-live] isn't packages updated in TL 09?

Because we are in freeze mode, we wanted to release 2 weeks ago, then
some security problems were found and we are trying to fix them since
then. No package has been updated and will be updated until we release,
which might be rather soon, or in 1 month :-(
