[tex-live] Forcibly Removed...

Howdy,

A few days ago the tabularcalc package was added to TeX Live via  
tlmgr. On my system there apparently was a download problem and  
tabularcalc was ``Forcibly removed.'' If I did a (I'm on a Mac ---  
therefore the sudo)

sudo tlmgr update --all

I always got a

tabularcalc Forcibly removed

message. (I've since done a

sudo tlmgr install tabularcalc

which has ``fixed'' things up.)

I'm wondering if there is a nicer way to handle this; e.g., behave as  
though the update/install of that package never happened so it will go  
on again next time you do an update --all.
