[tex-live] Missing map file?

Hi Herb,

    contnav ... doesn't have a separate map file 

It should be fixed in TL.  I doubt Hans/Taco want to include the map
file in ConTeXt, though (correct me if I'm wrong, guys).  I'll
contemplate where it might go.
