[tex-live] New version of the type1 cm fonts fails with dvipdfm

As a warning:

The "bluesky" type1 version of the cm fonts have been moved. They
are now part of the amsfonts package. They have also been updated.
E.g all glyphs have been given unicode-compliant names.

One of the changes seems to give problems with dvipdfm. E.g in the
following document the left arrow is missing in the pdf.

\documentclass{report}
\begin{document}
abc$\leftarrow$abc
\end{document}

dvipdfmx and xdvipdfmx (from xetex) works fine. Also pdftex and
dvips.

miktex already delivers the new fonts.
