Still, that change is quite invasive and in no way conservative wrt to
older documents (I mean written with TL2008).
It should be the default that in *no* way something already present like
a pdf or eps file will be overwritten. None of these are clearly
temporary files (like .aux, .log, etc).
Please please please anyone that has to fixed before we release. I don't
want a tool that silently converts something overwritting an already
present file.
