Hello, I wanted to try out Linux Libertine with TeX Live 2008 (and LyX as front-end). But I must have forgotten something, because LyX tells me: LaTeX error: File 'fxb.inc' not found. fxb.inc is in texmf-dist\tex\latex\libertine\ . And I _did_ run texhash.exe.
