[tex-live] TexLive2008 installation

Hi,
 
I tried to install TexLive 2008 (for window vista ), but I failed. I downloaded TexLive through internet and used install-tl, but it keeps showing the message
 
Unpacking C:\Program Files\texlive\2008\texp\12many.tar.izma did not succeed. Installation failed
 
I don't understand what is 12many.tar.izma?  Maybe I downloaded it in the wrong directory. Could someone show me the right way to do it?
