[tex-live] new tlmgr gui version in tlcritical

     Dear all,

     the update fixes the issue... and the gui is much better. I think 
this is especially true for small netbook screens (mine is 1024x600). In 
the previous version, I had to resize windows to see everything. In the 
new version, everything is perfect.

     Let me thank again the Tex Live team for its wonderful work!
