I print messages only after seeing a newline,
Yeah, I surmised. tlmgr has always output the "running foo" before
running foo.
I can't show these incrementally unless it prints "starting foo" and
"ending foo" separately.
I changed tlmgr to do this. Maybe even changed the nightly test install
to know about the new messages, too. We'll see :).
