I do not remember the pdfmark specification exactly but as I see from
the file, /Count -11 means that "Vectors and Tensors" is the highest
level item with 11 subitems and the outlines are initially closed, the
next items contain /Count -0 which means that they have no subitems,
i.e. all of them are at the same hierarchy level.

Notice that PDF ellows three levels (e.g. chapter/section/subsection).
Thus you have to assign LaTeX sectioning levels to PDF outline levels.
