[tex-live] Install-TL GUI

OK, just started a minimal install :
the Install-GUI dialogue box bug
is still very obvious -- having
removed everything before /2008,
and inserted F:/TeX/Live, the "OK"
button was completely dysfunctional
even after advancing the cursor one
character at a time using the right
cursor key until it was after the 2008.
Even then, "OK" remained dysfunctional,
and the only way of continuing was to
hit <return>.
