Well, for the moment, we're just discussing how to allow tlmgr to
install/update from more than one repository. What people put in this
repository and how they manage to package it is another problem. For now I
would assume packagers should just read the doc (included in TL) about the
package management system and use whatever tools the find appropriate. (Our
own scripts are public by the way.)
