[tex-live] FYI: TL 2008 in the Press

Hello,

some days have elapsed since the release of TL2008, and it seems that
Heise's newsticker was the only major site to note the event. You might
like to know that I wrote an article for its German main IT news site
which was later translated into English and Polish.
