Failed : was the line wrapping intentional, as it may
be causing the problem.  Here is the diagnostic :

> C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents>texlua test.lua
> The system cannot find the file D:TeXLiveÈ8     exmf-distdoclatexminitocminitoc.pdf.
