[tex-live] Fwd: Problem in installing TexLive-2008

Hi Karl,

/media/TeXLive2008/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb file exists.

But when I try to open it, I get the error message:

Failed to read from file: '/media/TeXLive2008/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb' :
Input/Output error.
