I don't think that the purpose of Azureus (highly recommend this
client) is to distribute an illegal software (and I suspect that the
illegal movies/music far exceed s/w in the traffic) or of Firefox to
distribute an illegal content.

But according to my procmail log the sole purpose of Micro$oft Outlook
is to send spam/scam  :-)

PS One should remember that for decent user (not freeloader) up/down
ratio should be at least 0.9 which means that 2.44 Gb file will eat at
least 4.5 Gb of your traffic. So I think that distributing of
uncompressed ISO over WAN is not a good idea. I distribute such things
only over LAN.
