tug mirrors cambridge.

has it ever been executable on the mirrors?  (it's not executable on the
source that ctan mirrors from, so it's not surprising it isn't on
cambridge, or anything that mirrors cambridge, i.e., the whole of ctan
and its collection of mirrors.)
