[tex-live] texdoc can't find texmf.cnf

You can use Skim to view dvis and pdfs as well, strongly recommend to try
Actually on MacOSX if you have foo.hoho you can ask for info, then
look at open with and select, and then tell the System to open all
.hoho files with this application
