Right, would you mind contributing a translation ... up to now I was not
only programming the stuff, but also doing the translation to German ;-)

That is strange. You did install to /usr/local/texlive, right? Then the
file above should be present. Really.

Don't miss testing
	tlmgr
and 
	tlmgr gui
