[tex-live] texdoc doesn't find man pages

With other words: man pages should be last in the list of
documentation locations -- or perhaps better: Make it work like man,
this is, tell the user that more than a single fitting documentation
file has been found, and display them sequentially (or in parallel, if
possible).
