[tex-live] on cm-super fonts

The first part of my script with sed and grep commands preserves
copyright info, otherwise it will be lost.

It should be tried to invoke CanonicalStart() and CanonicalContours() 
with newer version of fontforge from cvs. Even if it will crash 
G.Williams fixes bugs very rapidly (~1 day).
