FYI, install-tl now has a --location option (--url is now a synonym),
and can be used to install from local disk (/some/path or
file:/some/path) as well as from an http: or ftp: url.  The --help
message, let alone other documentation, has not yet been properly updated.

As part of this, all the *.tar.lzma files are now stored in
.../tlnet/archive/ instead of tlnet/tlpkg/.  No doubt things will be
broken for a time, mirrors will take a while to catch up, etc.
