[tex-live] feynmf.pl perl changes

The Perl syntax fix was already made on CTAN.  I have updated TL.

As for the temp file fix, assuming /bin/tempfile may be fine for Debian
but is not suitable in general.  Stated upstream author is
Thorsten.Ohl/at/Physik.TH-Darmstadt/dot/de (as of 1996 :) if you or
Kevin McCarty want to take it further.
