[tex-live] Installing TL2008

    The Build script seems to strip the binaries of symbols, is there a way to
    build and keep the symbols?
    
This should do it:
TL_TARGET=install Build

However, once you've done the full Build once, it's inconvenient to do
it again.  Instead, what I do is
make -C .../Build/source/Work/texk/kpathsea

That way, I can change the source files (in Build/source/texk/kpathsea)
and rerun make for just that directory to get the new kpsewhich.
