    AFAIK, 24h before the final DVD is built should be enough for normal
    packages

Anyway, given that we have not yet built the final binaries (waiting on
truetype fixes for pdftex from Thanh), or updated the documentation, I
can't envision attempting a freeze for at least a couple more weeks.

As soon as I feel we are getting closer, I'll post.
