[tex-live] texlive 2008 documentation still says "texlive 2007"

I successfully downloaded the developer snapshot of TeXLive 2008 and
opened up 

  texlive/2008/texmf-doc/doc/english/texlive-en/live.html

to learn what to do next.  I was surprised to see "2007", though, all
over the place.  ("2007" might be present in the documentation for other
languages, too.)
