Hi Truong,
if you get a menu option "ADDING PACKAGE", then the installer is in
maintenance mode.  This happens when it detects an installed
TeXLive-2007 on the system.  

Could you please type on the command line:

  set > environment.txt

and send us the file "environment.txt"?
