[tex-live] Missing fonts in BasicTex for Mac

    I wonder if the ”TeX Live basic scheme” or “LaTeX recommended  
    packages" should include the lw35nfss fonts or collection- 
    fontsrecommended (if the size isn't prohibitive.

lw35nfss is already included in collection-fontsrecommended.  That
collection is not part of the "basic" scheme because, well, it's not
basic.  It is part of virtually every other scheme because, well, it's
recommended.

I think the best answer would be for Dick to include either
collection-fontsrecommended or just times (if someone can confirm that
is enough) in BasicTeX.  Then the problem goes away.  Or, heck, get rid
of IEEE in BasicTeX :).
