[tex-live] Why such an old version of enumitem

One BIG BIG BIG caveat here: You HAVE TO ABSOLUTELY RENAME THE 
	Real TeX Live install-info
to something else, otherwise the installation of MANY packages will fail
because Debian (thus Ubuntu) ships its own version of install-info
(don't ask me why, it is, and we try since years to fix that, and thanks
to Karl we are much closer, but there is still a huge amount of work to
be done!!!)
