[tex-live] confusion about "web" package

there is no longer a web package in the catalogue -- i've renamed it to
acrotex-web, and updated the cross-links.

it's a bit late for avoiding confusion, but no-one's going to be
tempted to associate it with the knuthian stuff in the future.

would people like a catalogue entry for knuth's web directory (there are
already separate entries for tangle and weave)?
