[tex-live] tlmgr 2008

Hi All,

two questions/comments on the tlmgr 2008 (apart from the missing 
updmap.cfg-button):

1) A button to select all previously not installed packages for 
installation would be nice.

2) While trying to select _all_ packages via keyboard, CTRL-A is not 
working. Selecting the first package and pressing SHIFT-CTRL-END does 
not either. But selecting the first package, then the second  with 
SHIFT-DOWN and then the rest with SHIFT-CTRL-END does. Strange.
With all packages marked, pressing the button to install the selected 
packages, tlmgr finishes in under 3 seconds and does exactly nothing. I 
rather expected it to install all those packages not installed yet...
