[tex-live] Win32: xelatex -0.999.4 failure to process sample2e.tex

Hi again - sorry for the noise, but I've just figured out what the  
true problem is. I'll try to get a fix done tonight (it's a bit more  
complex than we realized up till now). Hold off on rebuilding anything  
for now....
