[tex-live] 2 cid-x.map files in TL 2008

The cid-x.map that is in fonts/map/dvipdfm/dvipdfmx comes from, as you
might expect, dvipdfmx.

The cid-x.map that is in the cjk doc comes from, as you might expect,
CJK.

So the fact that there are differences between them does not surprise
me, given that they are maintained totally separately.

Perhaps Werner and ChoF should get together and sync the files, or
perhaps it's not worth the trouble.  I wouldn't hazard to guess.  They
are both on this list, so they can decide :).

As far as the actual running of dvipdfmx goes, only the one in texmf
matters.
