[tex-live] About the perltk-zh.pl in tl2008.

No harm at all, only that there is no translation of the installer into
that language available.

If you want to fix that, please take the attached files
(perltk-en.sample), rename it to perltk-zh, put it into
tlpkg/installer/lang, and translate the strings. The file must be saved
in UTF8. If done it would be great if you could send us back the file so
that we can include it. But please test it with the installer.
