$ ls /src/TeX/texlive-svn/trunk/Master/texmf-dist/doc/latex/cmastro/
$

Because there is no font cmastro10.300pk.mk. You have to call
	mktexpk cmastro10
or 
	mktexpk --dpi 300 --bdpi 300 cmastro10
