[tex-live] binaries in texlive/texmf-local/bin?

If you use texlive/2007/bin/mybin for fresh binaries,
$SELFAUTOPARENT and $SELFAUTODIR are the same as those
for texlive/2007/bin/<architexture>. Thus binaries in
both directories can be used.
