[tex-live] Install script TeX Live CD doesn't work.

Hello Natalie,

      # ./install-tl.sh
      bash: ./install-tl.sh: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied

Try running sh ./install-tl.sh, so as not to rely on #! interpretation.
(Similar for the GUI installer.)
