[tex-live] When will TeXLive 2007 find its way to debian-repos?

It's dead; the list is now debian-tex-maint at lists.debian.org or
http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.linux.debian.devel.tetex (the gmane people
didn't follow the name change).

Never.  etch is going to be released on December 4th, 2006, err, April
2th, 2007, anyway, real soon now.  No time for new upstream versions.

We have preliminary packages at 

deb http://www.tug.org/texlive/Debian/ tl2007/

which will be uploaded to experimental soon (which, in this case, means:
"As soon as Norbert is back from the mountains (Monday, March 19th), has
read all e-mail that has accumulated since he left, and is ready to
upload.

Of course I could upload to experimental myself, but there are still
some minor issues to be fixed, and most importantly, the packages will
be kept in the NEW queue for a while (because of the new texlive-xetex
package).  In order to be usable, we will upload to tug.org again, where
only Norbert has write access.
