[tex-live] texdoc in luatex (was: texdoc under windows)

It's better to write

 > #!/usr/bin/env texlua

instead.  "texlua" and "luatexlua" are equivalent if the symlinks to
luatex exist, but the latter sounds a bit clumsy.  So "texlua" is the
preferred name. 

For Windows I suggest to use the extension ".texlua" instead of ".lua"
in order to avoid conflicts with a "normal" Lua interpreter someone
might have installed already.
