Take as an example Florent, who also didn't have any idea about the new
infrastructure, nor the internal packaging of TeX Live. But he decided
to read and try to understand the current status FIRST, and then making
suggestions.

We don't need black boxes, we need people understanding what has to be
done and why. 

We don't need programming machines.

If you want you can still participated, but AFTER you get yourself
knowledgable with the internals.
