Usergroups promise that members get a CD/DVD each year.  It should be
up-to-date.  Hence a new release is needed each year.  However, how it
is named is a completely differnt thing.

I personally vote for "TeXLive-2007".  It's a step which has to be
done only once and everybody gets a CD/DVD at the beginning of the
year which looks much fresher than what people got in the past.

As I said in another mail, Staszek's idea to revert to version numbers
is not bad and it makes a lot of sense to think about it.
