[tex-live] Problems with dviout (Win32)

Sorry, my suggestion for the setting of dviout was incomplete.
You have to tell dviout places of virtual fonts etc. as well as
those of pk fonts.

Please write all font-related directories in TEXROOT of dviout like

TEXROOT: c:\TL2006\texmf-var;c:\TL2006\texmf-dist;c:\TL2006\texmf

and set TEXPK of dviout as

TEXPK:  ^r\pk\\^s.^dpk;^r\vf\\^s.vf;^r\ovf\\^s.ovf;^r\tfm\\^s.tfm


Hi Gregor,
You can do manually the above setting yourself:
(1) Option ---> Setup Parameters... ---> Font  (Menu of dviout)
(2) Click "SAVE"
(3) Click "OK"
