As far as traffic is concerned, I do not think that ftp.cstug.cz
(mirroring full CTAN) aka ftp.muni.cz (as an main ftp for university
with 40000+ students) aka ftp.linux.cz (mirroring redhat, fedora and other
stuff) would have troubles with one 700 MB image.
(several 10GB and DWDM connections to the world via CESNET2 network).
