[tex-live] hosting inst image

Well, that does really point to the need to distribute
it using BitTorrent, IMHO.  The problem is, the vast
majority of BT trackers are given over 99.99% to porn
and/or illegal music, and even those that treat these
as fringe activities are still heavily overloaded because
of the large amount of other dubious material that can
so easily be distributed thereby.  What we /need/ is a
BT-for-CTAN tracker, access to which would be restricted
to members of a recognised TeX user group.  How, I wonder,
might one go about setting one up ?  Does any Board/CTAN/TeX-Live
member have experience of such things ?
