[tex-live] Problem with dviout or kpse?

dviout is an independent application and it does
not use Kpathsea.

Solution (1):
  put myfile.eps in the current working directory
Solution (2):
  write the directory name for pictures:
  c:\texmf-local\tex\latex\myletter
  in 
  Option ---> Setup Parameters ---> Graphic ---> gdat:
  ( Menu of dviout )
